Good afternoon everyone. I am sorry for my absence once again. I blew out my knee once again and have not been able to get around even the house. I am still waiting to get an appointment to see a knee specialist.
In the meantime I am enduring the pain as best I can. Mostly by staying off of it and only moving around when i have to.
